I purchased 2 T-shirt’s online on the website named Plazoo house. I paid the amount online. Have placed the order on 4 Th October and I still haven’t received it. There are no contact details and no way to connect to them. I never received any confirmation number like we do for other websites. Please investigate. I believe these are fraudsters. My order was for almost 800 bucks.

I placed an order on 4th october as well for 3 palazo sets total worth 1497 rs. Upon placing order and paying online, i got confirmation mail for payment success, but no order Id and no further updates event after multiple mails to their customercare email id. Did your issue get ressolved?
I called a number which i found online 9632436069. The male who spoke to me said the order was cancelled as there is no stock and he tried to call/message me but my phone was unreachable. When i demanded a refund, he asked for my googlepay number. After that he asked me to open gpay app. Go to new payment and open upiID and enter my phonenumber followed by @dcb and click verify. This opened a new chat in gpay with name budhi ram. He asked me to click on pay. Enter ‘refund 1497’ in ‘whats this for’ section and in the amount section, he asked me to enter my last 5 digit phone number. I was skeptical when he asked to click on new payment only. But when he asked me to enter my last 5 digits in amount, i question him and he said this was the only way for refund. When i told him to send the amount to my number, he disconnected.
