I recently had a dreadful experience with a seemingly legitimate online cake delivery website that turned out to be nothing more than a scam. I placed an order, paid the required amount 475, and eagerly awaited the delivery, only to find that the cake never arrived. What’s worse, attempts to contact customer care were met with complete silence.
To add insult to injury, a day after the expected delivery date, I received an email demanding an additional 275 rupees for supposed delivery charges. This blatant attempt at extortion was not only infuriating but also highlighted the deceptive nature of the website.
The entire ordeal left me utterly disappointed and frustrated, as the joyous occasion I had planned was ruined by this unscrupulous operation. The lack of customer service and the audacity to demand more money for a service they failed to provide is nothing short of disgusting.
I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this fraudulent website to avoid falling victim to their deceitful practices. It’s disheartening to see businesses exploiting the trust of customers, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others seeking reliable services for their special occasions.
