We placed and order from the web page kafiyan, which is hosted by shopify, after selecting the product, we made an online payment of the amount, payment gateway by razorpay, the amount was debited, we received an confirmation email form them, but when we are trying to track the order the page doesn’t go further moreover the web page is taken off
