I have registered my complaint with mobikwik company through my mobikwik application on Nov6th 2023 when my fraud wallet transaction happened . since two months they are mot provinding any resolution and even now they are saying to send details to fraudalerts@mobikwik.com and validations@mobikwik.com no proper response from customer care even i have reported cybercrime portal regarding the same.
Daily im receiving many calls and messages and harrsing me disturbing my work even they are saying that they are going to send the legal notice for it.
please register my complaint and investigate the issue on priorty basis and please dont send me the alert messages to pay the bill for the zip pay later dues where i have already cleared dues before fraud transactions reported.
im continuously receiving messages and calls and mentioning that it will affect my credit report and also people are sending whatsapp messages saying that we are going to send legal notice ..
