Hi team,
vodafone services are getting worst day by day. You guys always activate my service and deduct my money which is not done by me. I contacted today to raise my complaint but there excutive were not helping me out first executive put me on mute and he was not responding and denied to transfer the call to supervisor and second also done the same thing. Both excutive name was dinesh and anmol they also can’t even speak in english even i selected english option. Really bad service by vodafone I don’t want continue with vodafone anymore. Even they don’t know how to speak professionally.
