I am Shubham Bajpai, have ordered KENT Superb Star 9-litres Wall Mountable RO + UV + UF +TDS Controller (White) 20-Ltr/hr Water Purifier through amazon and the order was delivered on 6th july 2020. But when i opened the box in front of the Kent representative who came today to install the RO, i was shocked as the product inside the box is a “Local used RO”.
This type of frauds are conducted in a reputed company like Amazon really let us think twice before shopping online. The box is of Kent Superb Star but the product inside is of a “Local used RO”.
