Pune.

 

Subject : Regarding unauthorised transaction (Fraud Transaction)

 

Respected Sir,

 

I the undersigned Mr Shashikant Kandalgaonkar Age 46 , Staying B053 Forest county society Khardi.

This is with reference to the transaction done through my saving account of ICICI bank on Sunday 14^th Dec at 2 pm.

While booking the Educational TAB I came across the site “ www.Bookmy tab.com” There is required specification TAB with very cheap price available.

Hence I booked the product with Rs. 4199/-

 

Transaction is done successfully & message received that amount is received by the site. But there is no confirmation on product delivery & booking confirmation.

Next day on 14^th Dec when we try to contact site ,we came to know that this site is fake ,there is no product is available with such low cost for sale.

After knowing this fact we contacted ICICI bank Customer care, but bank said that this is Cybercrime case you need to register with local Police station.

 

This is the second time incident happened with me. Before that on 10^th Sept similar care happened while my son was playing game on my mobile.

There was “ Garena Multimedia gaming “ Company has charged Rs. 6688/- through games. Amount was debited from my same account which is mentioned above.

My son was not aware what happened but continuously there was deduction from my bank account in the form of 400 Rs & 800 Rs respectively.

 

I kindly request you to take this complaint as cyber-crime & fraud against me. Which will help Other people to save from this fraud

Also arrest the fraudere to punish & send impressment
