Dear Sir,
I have observed some fraud transactions happening on my paytm account linked to the mobile number 8971033515 using bharti airtel website.
When I raised the same with Paytm they suggest to contact you.
But when I contacted the airtel customer care and asked for the beneficiary details, they said they cant help me in this regards.
Below is the message I received from Paytm team
Dear Customer, This is with reference to your query regarding the wrongful transaction done on Paytm. As informed you earlier, amount has already been consumed. Further for the beneficiary details kindly coordinate with the operator ‘Bharti Airtel Limited’.
Hi, Your transaction of Rs.208 to Bharti Airtel Limited for order 190524396 was successful.
In case Bharti Airtel Limited denies receipt of payment, kindly ask the merchant to share a confirmation. Once you share merchant’s confirmation with us, we will take this up with Bharti Airtel Limited to resolve the issue at the earliest..
Bharti Airtel says that since i am not the beneficiary of the transaction happened, they are not able to provide me further details.

I now don’t know who is responsible for what.
Neither parties are willing to help me taking this forward. Both pointing at each other.
