There are transactions in my Simpl Account towards Zomato which I didn’t make. I received a call from this number: 07680430421, which I picked up but there was nobody on the other side. After that, 3 transactions worth Rs 4937 total were made to Zomato that day. No OTP or any other authorization was requested for these transactions too, they happened without any interaction from me.
I have raised support tickets to Simpl immediately but there hasn’t been any resolution yet. They are saying that someone from my family/friends might have made the transactions, but that never happened. I have also provided details of incoming calls but there is no resolution from Simpl so far.
