I have a very similar complaint as below.
3 to 4 Fraudulent transactions in my Mobikwik zip wallet which amounts to INR 24,999 on 17th June 2023. The requester seems to be ‘Jio’. I had an account in Mobikwik but, I was not using it. I didn’t have the app installed on my phone when this happened. As soon as I got the SMS that transactions have been made, I installed the app and I marked it as fraud transaction immediately in the mobile app. After I marked it, immediately my Mobikwik account was disabled. Now I don’t have any info about those transactions. I’m getting calls from Mobikwik everyday asking to make the payment + late fees. I called the Mobikwik support and they asked me to write to fraudalerts@mobikwik.com. I wrote an email to them but did not get a response yet. Now, I’m getting calls + SMSs everyday asking to make payment.

This is to inform you that yesterday evening at 5.52 PM I received a call from 6603322012
It was a IVR call in computer voice
It said we are from mobikwik there has been a fraudulent transaction of Rs 58113 from your account if you have not done this transaction please press 1 and then asked for a OTP which came on my phone
I did the same and a sum of Rs 58113 was deducted from my mobikwik wallet in the name of Vedant computers
