Text of Complaint by Anand:

Today 23Mar24, while making credit card payment, found that there are 3 transactions (total1554 Rs) against the Amazon India CYBS SI, which I never transaction or any payment instructions given to Amazon. After connecting to ICICI care, they advise me first make police complaint then fill the dispute form and submit to any local branch for recovery within 48 hours.

It is hard to belive that in this digital age, we are forced to go to Police station and bank branch for the fraud which happened at ICICI Bank level where consumer is not involved but impacted. Transaction granted by ICICI without the OTP or Withdrawal Instructions, and 1554/-INR (total) was deducted from my credit card, and now harrassing their customers to go to Police and branch for the recovery.

ICICI is not taking responsibility and accountability to conduct the enquiry and find the root cause. Numerous complaints are there against the Amazon India cybs si.

Note: ICICI customer care helped me to block the card and raised the dispute, but asked either go to Police station or cyber crime for complain to fulfill the recovery process.
