I received credit card on 27.12.2020 and verification call was received on 28.12.2020 (unknown number 9871791150 representing himself as SBI person who was having all my personal and credit card details. *I wonder How my personal data got leaked with any third party??? Is SBI not able to secure any of my personal details???)*. On very first call I had not shared any detail with caller and disconnected call. After that I received message depicting rejection/blocking of my credit card. In continuation to this again I received call from same number. Looking to message of rejection/blocking of card, This time I had given OTP to him and then I got message that Rs. 80000 got transferred to M/a Durga enterprises Delhi IN. I complained SBI credit card customer care on 29.12.2020 about this fraud transaction. *SBI customer care informed me that this transaction is in MEMO DB position which means that money has not been transferred to third party*. They informed to fill up dispute transaction form to stop transaction. However even after complaining about fraud transaction and filling up of dispute transaction form on 29.12.2020, amount was transferred to M/s Durga Enterprises on 30.12.2020. I also filed complain in cyber crime and they asked me to give basic details of Merchant like account number and branch details to which money got transferred. For that I have contacted SBI customer care but till date (more than 10 days) I have not got any detail from SBI. Looking to negligence of SBI I was forced to file complain to RBI and PMO for same. Cyber crime wants some basic information for merchant like branch address, IFSC and account number and name to move forward in this matter. SBI is not helping any manner. Pl give me justice and solve disputed matter. I am facing mental stress on every moment.
