I made a booking through agoda fb page which was of Rs 3060.99 on 18 sept 2021. The payment was through the sbi debit card gateway further i received a message regarding the amount being dedeucted from my acc and the merchant name was ‘Retail Domestic PT Mumbai’
when i checked my booking i saw there was no booking in my name and further on calling agoda team many times they say we didn’t get the money and we are not responsible for it. Plz look into this matter and stop these fraudster from cheating peoples hard earned money.
