FRAUD TRANSACTION IN MY CREDIT CARD ON NOV-20-2021

Dear Customercare@SBI,

            There are totally 6 fraudulent transactions occurred on my credit card(credit card no:4611199357293656) on 20/11/2021 between 1:50 am to 2:05 am.I have seen this transaction alert messages and otp messages on my mobile sound 4:40 am only. By seeing otp at 4:40 am ,how am i able to do a transaction at 1:50 am.This clearly justifies a fraudulent transaction.

The fraud transaction details are as follows,

             After seeing transaction messages and otp messages at 4:40am, I immediately tried to contact customer care and i didnt got connected to ur sbi customer https://t.co/cqqUa4ao75 around 7 a.m i informed to customer care (04039020202) regarding this fraudulent transaction and they immediately blocked my credit card.I clearly mentioned to customer care that, these transaction were not done by my side,so please cancel those transactions(transaction dispute SR Ref no: 1138533363363).i have raised transaction dispute complaint to chargeback@sbicard.com at around 10 a.m.

               SBI CUSTOMER CARE told me to wait for 2 days.On my bank statement,it was found that,these transactions was made on FLIPKART PAYMENTS https://t.co/ENnd4JXzgy between, i have contacted flipkart customer care and raised complaint (Incident no: IN21112623232008062936) to cancel those unauthorised transactions.but there was no proper response from their side.

                I have registered a complaint to SBI  through my registered mobile number(+9108754044477) and registered mail id(taknevvidhya@gmail.com)  within 4 hours to cancel those fraudulent transactions and reverse the amount. Why did not SBI cancel those transactions immediately?. Then what is the use of giving a complaint to the customer care?

               The chargeback team replied that, “the transaction has been performed in a secured manner as the same has been validated by your card CVV and dynamic One Time Password (OTP) over the Internet/ IVR”.Then why i have immediately contacted  customer care to cancel those transactions blocked my credit card, 

                SBI short-closed my transaction dispute stating that “these were secured transactions”. After that i have immediately contacted customer care and complained about those fraudulent transactions & the reply given by sbi for those fraudulent transactions. One more time they raised a transaction dispute complaint and told me to wait for 2 days. But I had received the same reply from SBI. So , I repeatedly raised a dispute for those fraudulent transactions to the customer care.

                 SBI requested to clear the outstanding balance to avoid late fee and financial charges. Why do I have to pay for those fraudulent transactions which were not done by my side. I am not satisfied with the SBI support and actions, so i immediately filed a complaint against sbi in RBI OMBUDSMAN ( complaint no: N202122009016978 )

                I have filed a complaint regarding those fraudulent transactions on cybercrime (complaint no: 20211210154741) and filed a complaint to the local police station(station name: ANAKAPALLI TOWN, acknowledgement no: 78, petition ID: VSPR/AKPT/271121/00569).

                I have written a complaint mail and explained my injustice to nodalofficer@sbicard.com There was no proper response from the SBI side.

                I am fully disappointed from the reply given by SBI, chargeback@sbi, flipkart merchant. So, please consider my complaint by understanding my situation.

                I promise you that those transactions were not done by me. I am begging you to waive off the fraudulent transaction amount Rs.74,250/- and take necessary actions as soon as possible.now they sbi daily calling ans asking me to pay the amount of 74250rs+ interest 13000 rs interest amount

  2. My authorized push payment scam has been done by the name of Amazon online part time home based job from Telegram and wats app…No help from any quarter besides being myself a Police personnel..No one is ready to take up the the action against this as it is really a hard nut to Crack..
