There were total 15 fraudulent transactions occurred on my credit card(credit card – 464118020022478) on 27/06/2022 in between 1:40 AM to 2:20 AM. I have seen multiple messages on my phone in morning around 6 :00AM , I immediately blocked my card and initiated chatting with Axis bank support. I asked them to immediately stopped those fraud transaction and i said – it is done by me and it has done without my knowledge. They have registered my complaint with complaint number – SAK00001062612 and asked me to wait for 10 days , and when I follow up in 10 days, they extended and asked me to wait 90 days, again I asked for the update and they keep extending and took almost 1 years and they have updated me on 12th May 2023 and just said – it has securely done.
I have given all proof of the statement and transaction and also highlighted 2 names that is FLIPKART PA and FLIPKART P.
– FLIPKART PA : from this Gateway , received sms for fraud transaction done without asking password.
– FLIPKART P : From this gateway, received SMS for the OTP only, but not for successful transactions.
It is clearly security breach and redirected the Fraud transaction between 2 Gateway FLIPKART PA and FLIPKART P.
Kindly request you to please consider my complaint and do the needful actions actions against Axis Bank credit card where they have given highly security and allowed someone to do Fraud transactions. I Have attached 1 sample in jpeg for Flipkart gateway (FLIPKART PA) and FLIPKART P) and all communication between me and Axis Bank. Axis Bank is accepting their mistake and just keep asking me to pay the due amount which I have not done.
