This is to bring to your notice a cyber fraud which happened on paytm with me. I immediately launched a complaint but paytm is just not bothered about it they want police directive for taking any action till then they would be just sitting and letting cases like this to happen.
Just to give the background of issue, yesterday I got a SMS that the entire wallet amount which is 402.84 was debited. Intially the msg received from customer service was that the merchant is linked to wallet then they changed the statement that QR code was scanned. I have delinked my credit card and UPI from paytm to avoid any further loss but the attitude of paytm is very upsetting. Pls take some action. Screenshot of fraud transaction is attached herewith.
