On the 10th March early morning between 1 am to 2 am someone used my account to purchase items from M/s flipkart online, I never received any OTP Alert nor party registration message from ICICI BANK on my registered phone number. Only message I received is deduction after the fraud happened and that also on future date of 12th March 2018
I have contacted ICICI BANK immediately and informed at around 8:30 am on the same day I.e. 10th March 2018 but since that day I m struggling to get my money back from bank itself as I have presented them FIR COPY AND ALL OTHER EVIDENCES.
As per RBI rule it has to refunded in 10 working days and they are giving me excuses that it’s done by me onky and they cant help it out
