On 2nd august around 7.55 pm I received a sms that there is some unauthorised login attempt in my mobikwik account and immediately I received an automated call stating that it’s for mobikwik and there is some unauthorised attemt to log in my account and if I want to stop it I need to press 1.. so I did and suddenly after 1min I saw there was two transactions made from my mobikwik wallet of Rs 19080 and Rs 23680.. immediately I complaint to mobikwik about the fraud and blocked my mobikwik account..I email them with all the transaction details ..but still I am only getting automated response from mobikwik…noone is replying to my mail with any details
