“Dear Cardholder, your payment of INR 1499.00 at Amazon is due on 25/09/2023 and will be processed through your credit card ending **** as per e-Mandate registered by you. To opt out of this e-Mandate, please log in to www.sbicard.com/emandates. In case, domestic Online usage on your card is inactive, please enable it by visiting https://sbicard.com/manage-card-usage to prevent any transaction decline – SBI Card”
This transaction happened without my knowledge and no OTP or other credentials were requested. I have not accepted this transaction anywhere and seems like a fraudulent activity. Kindly raise a dispute.
