Facing a issue on date 12.03.2021 aprox at 17.41.56pm a fraud/unathorised transaction make from my account and amount of RS.5000.
As per our HDFC BANK statements UPI transaction I’d 107117232963
As per Indusin Bank beneficiary datails amount credit/Transfered TO merchant account no. 00993564615950 IFSC Code.INDB0002201 and VPA woohoo.payu@indus
As per PayU transfer transaction I’d 12490697727
For this regarding I have already raised a complain under multiple side as online Cyber Cell Kolkata docket no.19795 on date 13.03.2021, National cyber Report Portal Docket no.23203210110765 on date 28.03.2021 ,FIR no.1010 on date 12.03.2021 as well same informed to HDFC BANK and Indusin Bank national consumer forum help line Docket no.2633787 ,2643280 2633215,2623640 for reversal back Disputed amount of RS 5000.
Note .I have personally coordinate with HDFC and Indusin Bank Managing Director,NPCI,PayU and National Cunsumer forum help line for this regard also have to go consumer/judiciary Court for this regard.
So I request you to please coordinate with HDFC BANKS, Indusin Bank,PayU and NPCI for reversal back the Disputed amount.
And I request you to kindly raise/process the complain for reversal/charge back/refund the disputed amount.
Same happened with me, is your money get back or not.
