I have booked train ticket through a IRCTCÂ on dated 29/07/2019 pnr no- 2464338317 and i was canceled ticket on dated 21/10/2019. As per irctc team he had refunded cancel ticket amount on date of 23/10/2019 but i did not received payment. When i inquired about this he provided me last 4 digit of card no. – 2416 where he transfer the payment but this card no. i am not using. I payed from my SBI Card and card no. is 4377485659217715.
I have mailed many time regarding this but irctc team not revert me.
