I have made a booking through Agoda on 09.02.2021. A sum of Rs. 2239.43 debited from my card account fvg Retail Domestic PT Mumbai, but no booking made. Agoda is also not responding properly. It’s clearly the case of fraud here,when I clicked the payment option and in the OTP section with this merchant name RDPTM pops up and grab all the money into their account. Stay alert with this Agoda payment frauding as Agoda doesn’t have pay at property option so we have to make online transaction on it.

“Retail Domestic PT” does not necessarily mean Agoda. Other transactions may also appear with this statement. I have this exact same entry title for a credit card payment I made to my Internet Service Provider. Check your transactions properly before panicking.
