I made a booking for a room In Taj Bengal on Agoda website from my laptop. I put in my Name, email ID and car details, CVV and clicked on the book option.. The next web page showed a message by agoda that we are sorry we are unable to process the request owing to technical errors and please contact customer service, but my money was already deducted and I got a Sms alert on my phone. I called Agoda customer care and they are denying this transaction.
