Recently I became victim due to Fraud transaction which posted to my account and I lost 19996 amount in minute.
I raised complaint to Bangalore Cyberpolice and also Paytm on how the second level security which is PIN for UPI transaction bypass when scan a fraud QR code. Paytm replied me saying they hold no liability does that mean you promote fraud transaction and take no action is any customer lost money in your platform ? Instead of taking action and recovering my lost money they are simply holding no liability if you became a victim. My only question was how come second level security which is a UPI pin got bypassed this is flaw in security mechanism and I lost money because of this flaw.
I request consumer court to please take strong action against Paytm and help me recover my money.
