I booked a ticket on 16th August 2021. The ticket got canceled from their end soon after the payment got processed. I got a call telling me that the refund will be processed within 72 hrs After 72 hrs. they said 15 working days, after 15 days complete again extended 15 day they make issues 15 days, But still now I haven’t received the refund till now. Every time I call at the support, I am told to wait. But nothing seems to happen. My booking reference ID is REF823794991 for flight ticket booking for my Brother, from New Delhi to Ranchi.
