Merchant named Shivay Creation is doing online frauds through putting fake advertisement on facebook with the payment link and collecting money through the paytm payment ID:-paytm-72565508@paytm. I made the payment through transaction ID :-305518349532 for Rs.499 on 24th February 2023. I have already filed compalint on Bhim upi and Paytm but no resolution. I can see other customer complaints for the same Vendor, there needs to be a action taken against such fraud merchant in public interest else he will keep cheating the public.
