Respected sir,
we have booked a Tata sky pack connection on 3rd march,2021 for 3 tv connections. Initially we were said that the connection will be for 3 months but the expiry date of the pack is 27th april,2021. And we are not even getting channel on one of our television out of 3. Now those people are not answering our calls and it is fraud when we checked their company details on internet. I kindly request you to take forward this issue and please resolve it and catch the suspicious people so that the fraud wont continue with other people.
