I have received an SMS today at 01.01 AM stating:
“Hello!
Thank you for downloading ppu_game from TELESYNC_SOLUTION.
You have been charged Rs. 5
Your balance is Rs. 5″
I have no idea what this is! I checked my VAS in the VI App and there was no trace of this service in the App.
I called Vi complaint helpline 198 twice but they did not cooperate with me to get my refund.
I want my money back. Vi is not doing anything about this fraud since the past few months, as they have robbed several people of their money.
