I had bought a smart watch from frazun was of 1599/- and they had sent me a normal watch that is not even worth of 100/-. And when i had called them to request the refund they were trying to make me fool and guiding me on phone pay to add my account account number and at the end write dcb(xxxxxx@dcb) and when you enter this you will get the name Mitesh Sagar, and they tried to get more 9807/- by saying that this is the procedure
