This is to report a website (https://webfxdigitel.com) who’s been advertising on Facebook to buy T-Shirts & Shirts on a cheaper rate along with discount offer and free shipping.
Looking at the low rates and discounts, users tend to buy products and get trapped and I was one of them.
I ordered some T-shirts worth Rs. 1346/- got straight coupon discount of Rs.500/- and I had to pay Rs. 846.
My order was placed on 1st Oct 2020 and the delivery date keeps extending since then. Site doesn’t have any contact info./Customer care number.
I suspect this is absolutely a fraud company cheating people through Facebook portal. It will be great if your team can deep dive and find out these culprits and make stop such fake business and return the money they have earned so far along with penalty.
Hope strict action is taken against such fraud companies.
