Dear Sir,

This is to acknowledge that you have readed the mail (properly delivered and readed by you as provided by the procedure under the Indian Contract Act, 1860 known to us with the help of mail tracker) for the purpose of refund and no communication reply is received from your end.

As Intimated to you in the previous trial mail, we need to proceed for refund of my product (money paid by COD mode) as wrong order was sent inside the box but no proper reply was received from your end.

As product shown was different as per order invoice generated as proof of product ordered and order delivered was totally different (as JBL Speaker were offered by seller with earphones but they delivered a local company speaker inside the box unknown to buyer)

This was clear change of infringement of buyers rights.

Buyer Served a proper notice to reply to seller as Opportunity of being Heard as provided to be giving under Criminal Procedure code, 1973 but as no reply was received.

We are Proceeding towards filling of suit against the seller of product under Cyber Crime regulation Act and penal prosecution under IPC, 1980 and Information technology Act, 2000 and trademark act 1999 along with various Cyber laws as applicable and Indian Contract Act, 1860 and Consumer right violation under various acts protecting such rights .

***All person involved in such activity shall be personally liable for all the dues and compensation as may be decided by Court having jurisdiction

***Consider this as legal notice to be served under Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.
