I have booked a mobile phone through the website phonedeals.co.in with my debit card. This was a prepaid purchase and I have transferred the whole amount of Rs. 2999/- as advance. But when the courier reached me it was fake and I returned it back. I trusted the sitephonedeals.co.in and their offer. So that I transferred the amount in advance. But it was a fake deal and I am cheated terribly. I am not rich to lose Rs.2999/-. This is a big amount for me especially for this lock down period.
Please do the needful to reverse the amount back.
