i purchased boat bluetooth neckband from an instragram advertisement of sale offer on boat products. i made payment also but the neckband didn’t arrive, nor any confirmation message came , they didn’t even asked my phone number no delivery details. please help me in getting my money back they are such a fraud company which takes money via online mode but didn’t deliver any product which they refer.
