I am totally disappointed with the customer service. i am mentally tortured and harassed by the amazon officials. I ordered Hikvision 2 MP Camera Kit (Order Number 402-5136661-6025940) on 30 Aug 2019 with prepayment thru debit card for Rs 10999/- I received my Order on 3rd September 2019 which was totally wrong i.e the model of all the items in kit mismatched with the description provided. On my various telephonic conversations with the the amazon officials, they got a replacement order (Order No. # 408-4009215-8941125) ready for the same due to which i Had to wait for my order for 1 more week. After a week delay when my order arrived on 10 September 2019, amazon delivery man refused to deliver the order due to failure in verification reason from amazon end. after a lot of mental harassment with me. the delivery boy took the replacement order back and amazon officials just cancelled my ordinal order and initiated a pick up. The Original order got Successfully picked up next day i.e on 11th Sept 2019 and reached the seller by 17th Sept 2019. I called up the amazon official and they told me that the refund has been initiated but till now i have not received my refund. Amazon is simply taking money from public and harassing them. Moreover the officials are so rude and misbehave and just say that they are helpless. I called up amazon today again but they told me that they will initiate the refund again.

On so much of harassment and cruelty i yet haven’t received any refund. It has been a loss of interest on my part of the money i have already paid. i have complaint several times to the amazon officials regarding my concern but none is ready to listen and solve the problem or give a helping hand. i have just been trapped by paying money in advance. this is the worst service i would have ever received from an e-commerce operator.
