I bought a bag from ajio and due to the size of the product I choose to return it the delivery guy would not come to pick up the parcel nor was picking up the phone after being disappointed for 3-4 days I went to the office myself to initiate return the boy was sitting there peacefully and after asking bhaiya apko 35-37 phone lgae ap aae ku nahi he saud mere pese aatke hue hai mei chahta tha aap pareshan hokar yaha aao nobody from the staff said anything to him after talking to the store head he said humari no. 1 service hai apko buri lag rhi toh hum kya kare this is not the way to handle customers ap agar apna kam kar rhe hai toh uske pese charge kar rahe hai kisi par ehsan nahi kar rahe aur itni hi dikkt hai agaf apko khud ke kam se toh na kare
