Text of Complaint by Dayanand Kataraki:

I had ordered an boult bluetooth headset on 6th April 2021, order is OD121457522509065000 and that’s got delivered on 13th of same month. But due to defect in the item have raised a replacement for the same. It’s got approved from the concerned people and last pick date was 24th April.
So here, the courier service boy is intensionally cancelling the pickup. He’ll give a call to me and disconnect the call after receiving it.
He’ll update it in the system by saying customer didn’t respond.
So after 24th have raised an issue with Flipkart and again the pick is approved for the second time and the pick date was 01st of May 2021.
So here also same issue with courier service boy. Again replacement got canceled.
So after discussing with Flipkart service, they are saying item will get picked up by 05th May.
I’m fed up with this issue. Why the hell I have used Flipkart service even though there are so many others are available….!!!
I don’t know what’s wrong with courier service or flipkart. If the order is delivery then you guys will deliver the item and collects the money but what’s the problem with picking and giving the replacement…??
So I’m kindly requesting that please refund my money. I don’t want to argue with your stupid and worst service.
Please refund my money as soon as possible before I’m going to give a police complaint against flipkart FRAUD service. and also will post this fraud service in all the social media.
