Youtube showed an ad of selling women kurtis and pants buy 2 and get 1 free at very low prices. The material also seemed to be good so I ordered for 2 and paid Rs 478 online yesterday , July 4, 2023. Now there is no tracking of order and it’s delivery. I paid via HDFC credit card but did not allow saving of card details and address.
How do I seek a refund of the same?
