BRANDVILLA.
I HAD ORDERED A T-SHIRT OF RS899 AND IT WAS CASH ON DELIVERY.
AFTER RECEIVING WHEN I UNPACKED I FOUND A PLAIN JERSEY MATERIAL TSHIRT. IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO INFORM THEM FIRST OF ALL THEY DON’T RECEIVE CALLS AND WHEN TEXTED IN WATSAPP ALONG WITH INVOICE AND ALSO THE WRONG PRODUCT IMAGE THEY STOPPED RESPONDING THE TEXTS.
WE COMMON PEOPLE ARE TODAY ADDICTED TO ONLINE SHOPPING IF THIS IS THE SCENARIO OUR HARD EARNED MONEY ARE TOTALLY WASTED. SHOWING DIFFERENT ITEM AND SENDING ANOTHER IS A BIG TIME FRAUD. MISTAKES CAN HAPPEN BUT WHEN THEY DON’T BOTHER TO PROVIDE EXCHANGE OR REFUND OR RETURN AND NO HELP LINE THAT MUST BE STOPPED ELSE MANY OTHER PEOPLE CAN BE THE VICTIM LIKE US.
