Canon PIXMA MG2577s All-in-One (Print, Scan, Copy) Inkjet Colour Printer for Home (ORDER # 404-5315403-7171551)
I received this item and it seems used, the styrofoam was broken and half missing and the cartridge is already installed there is no power cable and there is no driver disc, customer support didn’t do any help. I saw the same product review on Youtube and the package inside was totally different from what I saw in the video. It is like the seller just packed the printer he is using and send it to me.
Inside the box there is no catalogue no disc no power cable nothing, just the USB connector unpacked at the bottom of the printer and cartridge which is already installed. As per the video on youtube of the same product, we should install this (cartridge).
Contacted customer support and they said they will open an investigation, for what? What is the return policy for then?
