I’ve ordered couple of shoes from this website/Instagram page. They delivered a pair of shoes after 7-8 days and the other got delayed and went back to the origin mentioning the reason that address was too short or denied the parcel. The same was informed to the person who was handling the page. For first week he kept on asking me to check with the DTDC courier partner and they confirmed that it was returned back. After explaining all these they stopped replying to the messages and never answer the call. Each pair of shoe worth was 950/- and I asked them to cancel and refund or resend it back without any additional charges. They simply ignore it.
