Subject: Complaint against illegal loan app Tara Credit (fraud loan and repayment issue)
I want to report a fraud loan app named Tara Credit / TaraRupee. The app is not RBI registered but it generated a loan in my name without my e-sign or proper consent.
Loan details:
Loan amount shown: ₹3300
Disbursed amount: ₹1980
Loan term: 7 days
Repayment demanded: ₹3315
I have already repaid ₹3265 through Paytm to the UPI ID provided by them. Even after repayment, the app still shows the loan as “Unsettled” and continues to demand payment.
This appears to be an illegal digital lending activity and financial fraud. I request investigation and action against this loan app and the person receiving the payment.
I am attaching payment screenshots and loan details as proof.
Kindly help resolve this issue and protect me from further harassment.
