I myself(Ashwin S Panicker) recharged talktime on Vi contact number(+91 9846346745) of my grandmother who isn’t an internet user for RS.100/- via UPI(Google pay) on 11-06-2022 and text message(SMS) conveying that recharged talktime amount RS.81.75 had been added and now while trying to make any call,voiceover telling that this facility/credited amount isn’t activated and till now we’re unable to connect.While trying to reach Vi customer care,we experienced very awkward way of dealing customers.Hereby I’ll be attaching proofs(screenshots of amount payed and texts)
