Text of Complaint by RAVINDRA SINGH:

Sir/madam

I have applied for home jobs on WHATSAPP application, then I have received many calls related to jobs but all employer asking money before work, so I refuses them .

Than I got a call from number +91 9081836106 regarding typing job and they we’re not asking money before work so I agreed them than they sent an agreement on mail and ask me to agree on it . Then they sent me the webpage link my ID and password . And ask me to complete the work in 5 days, I have completed it in 5 days and submitted it with 100% accuracy and now they are saying that your work is failed and now you have to bear the fees for it as stated in agreement .

Today I have received a mail from some advocate(don’t know whether he is fake advocate or not), he is saying that the company FUSION Enterprise can file a case against you for breech of an agreement .

Therefore I just want here that if they are fraud then please take action against them . I have to pay 5500₹ for the same because he was pressurised me to do otherwise he would charged against me in the court. By fearing this I have to do the payment.

The mail from advocate says ”

Dear RAVINDRA SINGH,

This Intimation LETTER Informs you That FUSION ENTERPRISE can file a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB or NOT COMPLETED Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.

SECTION 73. imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,

SECTION 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for When a contract has been broken,

SECTION 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation A person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.
