I ordered a Men Jeans of PETER ENGLAND on 5 November 2023 of rupees 851. Order ID – (OD429599274885710100). I received a wrong product (totally different) on 7 November.
Then I placed a return request,delivery executive picked up the my product on 8 November and then Flipkart cancelled my return request.
My product is picked up, no refund provided by the Flipkart team and now the status is showing return cancelled.
This is totally fraud by Flipkart.
I called several times to the Flipkart team but no satisfactory resolution provided by them
I am totally disappointed I losses my 851 rupees as well as jeans also.
Please take action against seller and Flipkart.
