I received an email from sbi card team saying thank you for applying for sbi credit card on 27th September 22. Application no 2512108026989.
I tried calling Sbi helpline number to Lodge a fraud application complaint at 18001801290(it said out of service) called their chargeable numbers 18601801290 got no option address or lodge my complaint. I tried calling another number 022 39020202 but got no help but I tried to get the application status of the application number that was emailed to me. To my shock the OVR said the application was approved and card dispatched on may 17th 2022. I didn’t apply for this card. Iam not getting any help from SBI helpline numbers to lodge this complaint this is clearly a fraud and any card issued under this application should be blocked and if any charged on it should be reversed. Their numbers are only helpful if I have a card number.
