On Tuesday 26th December, around 5:30 I saw boat earphones sale advertisement on Instagram when I visited the link I saw boat earphones with price tag of Rs. 249 and so. Site looked exactly same as boat. I purchased the product named as boAt Rockerz 333 pro (quantity= 1).
Later, when I visited boat company’s site to track my order it shows that order ID is invalid. I had a chat with customer care it says no order exists.
I paid a total of Rs. 293.52.
