Me and my wife were called to attend a meeting in Faridabad at a 3* hotel during Feb 2025. We were even offered a buffet. They have presented a ppt and given us many commitments wrt to hotel stay and then asking us to pay INR 2 Lacs upfront and then also securing many phone numbers for future clients. And they have committed us that no AMC will be charged from us for next 4 years.
Later on they have booked our hotel stay for Gym Corbett at Royal Moonlight Resort for two night and also book one night at Nanital. While visiting at Resort we were charged for Meals however it was communicated to us that meal will be free. When we reach at Nanital hotel then hotel owner says that no such booking done by any Royal Club. And then they offer a different hotel which was a budget hotel and per day rate was 1500/- same rates were displayed on its reception. However they were charging 280000/- for 70 nights which cost to us around 4000/- per night.
Once we came back and then we personally visited at Noida office then they said that sellers have already been resigned so we can’t offer what the sellers has committed to us.
Now they are demanding AMC and incase we will not be paying AMC then they will not give any further hotel booking.
Now they were ofdering us to pay INR 80000/- for 10 years membership. However they have already taken INR 2 Lacs from us. I dont understand how we can solve this and how we can get refund of 2 Lacs from Royal Moonlight Club.
