I had ordered Luna bags from cromet.shop they have website and are on Instagram as well.
Ordered through COD.
But when opened the package just a pouch and bunch of newspapers were there. Neither they are contacting back now. Craft villa and cromet are the fraud brands and delivery partners were: shiprocket and Ecom express.
Please help with this.
