Hello ,
i have ordered for a dhani freedom card paying 199 rs of subscription fee and did not get any sort of updates or benefits till date no one is solving the issue .
first of all they even dont know what is there in their platform they are unable to assist the customers and frauding by activating different sort of subscriptions
and comes to the customer care number such a big dhani pay indiabulls app do not have a working number for sake of customers and always same process will be repeated we will be mailing them issue some one calls and hang up call and respond to mail is case closed .
what the hell is this sort of service for society its looting people money
i strongly request to either refund my subscription fees and allow all benefits or else kindly close my account permanently.
