Hi,
I have received a call from Nykaa stating that there is a lucky draw going on and i have been selected for it for which i have to buy any 5000 Rs product to to get apple iphone 11 64GB. I decided to buy a 1 year voucher. So i paid 5000 Rs. After that they said there is a issue in processing the amount so I have to pay the gst of the laptop and later they will refund the amount back. The gst amount was 9999.09 Rs by mistake i gave 9999.90 Rs. They said that since I have paid wrong amount so the only way to get the money back is to pay again the gst amount. I paid that as well. Later they send me a referral code to put in my upi. By which they extract my 24987Rs and after that 4998Rs. A approx sum of Rs 55000 has been debited from my account by fraud. The person said his name as Prakash he claim he is in management team and another person name Alok he said he is in account section.This is the phone number from which i have get the call- 8902973803 and 94774312986. Their account details are account number- 217901504379 and IFSC- Icic0000404

Attach doc file is the prove of my money taken and there whatsapp app detail and the order id they provide me and there .Kindly help me with this fraud. That was my hard earn money.
